Potensi Tumbuhan Jamblang (Syzigium Cumini L Skeels) Sebagai Antikolesterol Berdasarkan Kandungan Senyawa Aktif : Literature Riview Article

Tanaman Jamblang merupakan tanaman dari famili Myrtaceae yang dapat digunakan sebagai obat untuk
berbagai penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas farmakologi tanaman Jamblang
(Syzygium cumini L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review article. Pencarian literatur
melalui Pubmed, Google Scholar, Scient Direct dan Research Gate. Pencarian literatur dari hasil yang cocok
dengan kriteria pencarian menemukan 27 literatur. Berdasarkan tinjauan beberapa literatur, terungkap bahwa
tanaman jamblang (Syzygium cumini L.) memiliki berbagai macam efek farmakologi, dalam hal ini pencarian
literatur penelitian dikhususkan pada khasiat tanaman jamblang khusunya pada efek farmakologinya sebagai
antikolesterol.
